創辦人
創辨人為日本草月流三級師範導師，早年受聘於高端花藝設計公司。後來於本地社福機構負責營運一所花藝設計社會企業超過12年，為殘疾人士提供在職培訓，建立專業技能投入社會，自力更新。在機緣巧合下成為香港首胎導盲犬Holly的寄養家庭，與她渡過快樂難忘的一年。

我們期望成為一所具備社會企業目的、能夠持續有效營運、擁有市場服務質素、富競爭力、同時別具意義的機構，為客戶提供專業花藝服務，並讓客戶能參與我們的社會企業遠景。
我們將會支持傷建人士及弱勢社群就業，及把部分盈利回饋社會，支持有需要人仕或機構，履行社會責任。
Our Story
Holly

Hong Kong’s first locally bred and trained seeing eye dog, identified by her red collar before being formally named, loving and vibrant in temperament.

The state of bearing flowers, a peak period or stage of development, to become happier, more beautiful, more successful.
The Founder
Our founder is a certified Third Grade Sogetsu Ikebana floral arrangement instructor who started his career in high-end floral design firms. He joined a non-profit organization and had managed a floral design social enterprise for over 12 years, where he trained and empowered the disabled. Out of a rare opportunity, he became the foster parent of seeing eye dog Holly and spent a happy and unforgettable year with her.

We envisage to become an organization with social enterprise mission, yet competitive and market oriented, offering professional floral design services to customers who share our social enterprise value.
We fulfill our social responsibilities by offering employment opportunities to the disabled and vulnerable, and donate part of our profit to charities.
